We're a marketing communications agency. We make videos, games, microsites, interactive campaigns, posters, print ads, radio commercials and tv spots. Roles & Responsibilities:

  Receive transcreation requests from the account team and action by:

      *Facilitating approved English-language copy into Korean, simplified and traditional Chinese,           Thai, and adjustments for British English
      *After receiving translations from the translation teams, obtaining approvals from regional                 clients before returning items to the production team
      *QC materials after receipt from production team and sending them to regional clients for                   review and approval
      *Giving clearance for go-live to the account manager

  Receiving production requests that require third-party vendors such as:

      *Print requests using source files provided by our team
      *Video or 3D editing, manipulation or creation requests
      *Flash resizing requests
      *Translation requests

  Keeping the account team informed of the timing for delivery of receipt for any
  production requests made by the account managers:

      *Editing timelines and maintaining awareness of delivery times
      *Ensuring that the account team is aware of timing of all materials at all times

  Sourcing and managing offline printing vendors:

      *Triple bidding jobs
      *Source file delivery
      *QC and approval of proofs
      *Material delivery

  Briefing in online production client changes:

      *Digest client request and work with team in Beijing to implement
      *Manage timing expectations for both the account team and client
      *QC changes prior to releasing to files to client

Skills & Experiences:

      *University degree preferred
      *Two or more years of experience in an advertising agency or marketing related field                         preferred, or a relevant combination of education and experience
      *Excellent project management skills
      *Excellent attention to detail (this will be observed)
      *Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and fluent in at least one local                 language (Chinese read/write preferred)
      *Excellent people skills and the ability to work with a wide range of people
      *Must be well organized
      *Strong team player and problem solver
      *Exhibit innovativeness, creativity and aggressiveness
      *Positive, enthusiastic and responsive
      *Must be able to handle pressure well
