The most important thing is to see the opportunity to do great work in every assignment. It is easy to look at a 125 x125 online banner and say, “Hey, this is the size of a postage stamp,” and brush it off. What is important is to shift that thinking and remind yourself of the great unique art on those postage stamps, then get back to concepting.
